Cozen’s Test for Lateral Epicondylitis ("Tennis Elbow")

Also known as the "resisted wrist extension test".
With the elbow extended and the forearm pronated, hand in a fist, ask the patient to dorsiflex the wrist. The examiner should provide resistance to this movement while palpating the lateral epicondyle.
The test is positive if pain is elicited in the lateral epicondyle.
