Pseudoathetosis of the Hand in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)

Pseudoathetosis - abnormal writhing movements, usually of fingers - failure of proprioception & seen in lesions of proprioceptive pathway. Worsens with eye closure. 

Seen in this 60 year male with Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy & severe distal sensory impairment.
