Bilateral Internuclear Ophthalmoplegia (BINO)

Bilateral Internuclear ophthalmoplegia in chronic Multiple sclerosis. Note the adduction lag in the adducting eyes. Abducting eye nystagmus is seen during some of the movements- probably partially compensated due to long standing MS
