Ocular Pulsion Ocular pulsion- Eye deviation to the right in this case, on closing eyes (removal of visual fixation). The deviation is corrected by a saccade to the midline on opening the eyes. Can be Ipsipulsion OR Contrapulsion depending on the lesion side. In this case the patient had a diffuse bihemispheric cerebellar non-localizing lesion. Ocular pulsion is best seen on closing the eyes and then opening and looking for corrective saccades to the midline. May be accompanied by Obliquity of vertical saccades to the side of pulsion!
