Miller Fisher Syndrome (MFS) on Neurological Examination

Miller Fisher Syndrome (MFS)- a variant of Guillain Barre syndrome is characterized by the clinical triad of ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and areflexia. Our patient had partial external ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and areflexia.  Was treated with IVIG with improvement.
