WHAT test - Wrist Hyperflexion and Abduction of the Thumb 

The wrist is hyperflexed and the thumb abducted in full metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal extension.  Exacerbation of the symptomatology
is considered a positive test result for De Quervain's tenosynovitis
