Terrien's Marginal Degeneration on Slit Lamp Ocular Examination

70-year-old patient who consulted for subconjunctival hemorrhage x 1 day.  History of positive anca vasculitis and rheumatoid arthritis. On physical examination, slightly asymmetric bilateral peripheral corneal thinning is observed, with areas of lipid deposits, does not stain with fluoroscein.
It is diagnosed as terrien marginal degeneration. There is no epithelial damage, therefore do not stain with fluoroscein.
