Corneal "Jelly Bumps" on Slit Lamp Ocular Examination Contact lens user patient complains of eye irritation and epiphora. On examination "jelly bumps" are observed. These are deposits of insoluble calcium-protein complexes. There may be more predisposition if the lens is more hydrophilic, but misuse of the lens also plays a role.
