Left Ventricular Myxoma on POCUS Echocardiogram

25 year old female presented with worsening dyspnoea on effort and palpitation (due to frequent VPCs). She had uneventful surgery, histopathology confirmed it as myxoma.  She had frequent VPCs which disappeared after surgery.

Myxoma of LV is extremely rare, only 2.5 % of myxomas occur in LV.  Attachment was to lateral free wall of LV, mid segment.
