Atrial Myxoma on Echocardiogram RA Myxoma. Preop MRI tissue characterization suggested clot !!! When surgically removed there was a big clot on the large tumor. Histology confirmed myxoma. Radiologist should study multiple areas of tumor mass and beware of the possibility of clot on tumors.
