Medial Approach Knee Intra-articular Corticosteroid Injection Landmark 1/3 to 1/2 way from top of patella. Find space under patella in that area to inject and keep needle / syringe angle low. Ex 15 to 30 degrees from horizontal to avoid osteophytes & narrowed joint.
