This week, we explore home improvement! 37M stabbed in R chest with a screwdriver. Cool, pale, SBP 90s. CXR clear. What's the diagnosis? Next steps? ... Tamponade with clotted hemopericardium. Note the minimal excursion of the RV free wall during diastole. Pt had thru-and-thru RV injury. Repaired in OR.
