Quinidine produces the following ECG changes:
1. Prolongation of Q-T interval:
2. Prolongation of QRS complex:
3. Prominent V wave:
4. Mild prolongation of P-R interval:
5. S-T segment depression:
6. T wave widening and inversion.
7. P wave may be wide and notched.
