SBO diagnosed in minutes of ED arrival, thanks to pocus... Fluid-filled bowel, diam >2.5cm, ‘to & fro’ peristalsis, thick wall/plicae circulares 

—>NGT & surg consult, didn’t have to wait for CT for dx.
