LV Thrombus on POCUS (PLAX)
60 yo man with PMH of dilated cardiomyopathy comes to ED with coldness, pain and hypoesthesia in the right arm.
Blood cultures were negative. TEE showed echogenic mass attached to LV inferolateral wall, subvalvular. AngioCT showed axillary artery occlusion and pt was taken for thrombectomy, with succesfull recanalization. Probable thrombus.
