High Lateral STEMI - D1 of LAD

There is transmural injury isolated to I & aVL. These leads represent the ‘High Lateral’ wall—which is supplied by D1 of LAD & OM1 of  Circumflex. These can look similar but this ST Depression pattern suggests D1! Cath showed 100% proximal occlusion.
