Untreated VSD on POCUS Echocardiogram

Crazy POCUS of an untreated VSD with with pulmonary hypertension, Eisenmenger syndrome, and pericardial effusion. In this situation, the pulm HTN can be so profound that tamponade may present with isolated LV diastolic collapse with no visual RV or RA compromise.
