Traumatic Iritis
High pressure bottle cap to the eye = traumatic iritis + hyphema
This patient was struck in the eye by a high pressure projectile! Exam shows traumatic iritis with hyphema (blood in the anterior chamber). Amazingly, there was no corneal injury or globe rupture, so Ophthalmology recommended cycloplegic drops and rest.
