Phencyclidine (PCP): 
Dextromethorphan, Diphenhydramine, Ibuprofen, Ketamine, Tramadol, Venlafaxine 

Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA):
Carbamazepine, Cyclobenzaprine, Diphenhydramine
