MDI vs. Nebulization of Beta agonist - Has been shown to be equally effective for children of all ages Levoalbuterol vs. racemic albuterol - No added benefit of levoalbuterol over racemic albuterol. While its cost is 10x greater Oral vs. Parenteral steroids - Benefits seem to be equivalent Prednisone vs. Dexamethasone - No differences in hospitalization or relapse rates or symptom persistence.
