Duobrii Lotion (halobetasol and tazarotene) Duobrii contains halobetasol and tazarotene, the first corticosteroid + retinoid combo product! This is indicated for plaque psoriasis, and though it may seem like a simple new combo product, this can be of huge impact on patients daily lives to have 1 topical product to administer instead of 2. One important note is that use tazarotene products, including Duobrii, is contraindicated in pregnant women.
