Raynaud's phenomenon
The photos are compatible with the paleness phase of Raynaud's phenomenon , defined as reversible, episodic digital ischemia, exacerbated by cold or stress, with well-marked color changes. Classically, three passes are described: the pallor phase (as shown in the photos) that represents digital ischemia, the cyanosis or hypoxia phase and the blush or reperfusion phase . Strictly, to establish the diagnosis of Raynaud accurately, at least two phases (paleness and cyanosis) must be observed.
