Coronary Artery Fistula

Anyone say fistula?! Class I rec to fix: 1) large fistula, even in asymp pt, should be closed either via transcath or a surgical, 2) small/moderate fistula should be closed if ischemia, arrhythmias, systolic or diastolic dysfunction, chamber enlargement, or endarteritis.
Couple amplatzer plugs should do the trick!
