Gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB) - Toxicology Clinical presentation - Symptoms of GHB toxicity include: short term anterograde amnesia, drowsiness, coma, bradycardia, hypotension and respiratory depression - Symptoms of CNS depression will usually occur within 15-45 minutes after ingestion.
