Intravenous Lipid Emulsion (ILE) Therapy

ILE is a treatment for severe toxicity from local anesthetics. In addition, it has been used in life-threatening toxicity from:
 • o anticonvulsants (lamotrigine) 
 • antidysrhythmics (flecainide)
 • antihistamines (diphenhydramine)
 • beta blockers
 • bupropion
 • calcium channel blockers
 • cocaine
 • cyclic antidepressants
