Anterior-Septal Wall Motion Abnormality on POCUS Echocardiogram

58yoM smoker, neg nuclear ST last week, with CP that woke him from sleep x 3hrs. 1st Trop neg. EKG: nsr, TWI v1-v3. What's his diagnosis?
Resolution: ACS. Second trop elevated (20), Found to have significant LAD blockage. Movement of basal segment makes takotsubo less likely.
