Dilated Cardiomyopathy on POCUS Echocardiogram

40yo otherwise healthy M presents with 1 wk SOB. His pmd diagnosed him with anxiety. What other finding would you expect (credit RPF)?
Resolution: new (likely viral) cardiomyopathy in this patient. SOB secondary to associated pulmonary edema (bilateral b-lines).
