Apical Thrombus on POCUS Echocardiogram - PLAX and PSAX

What is the structure indicated by the arrow?
Resolution: this was an apical thrombus. Unlike the moderator band or pap mm, it moves independently from the myocardial contraction. The anterior (anterolateral) papillary muscle sits at about 5 o’clock on the parasternal short axis view.
