Superficial Thrombophlebitis on Leg POCUS

This patient presents with leg pain. Which of the following is your best management option?
Resolution: warm compresses for this superficial thrombophlebitis. No anticoagulation (without an associated artery this is a superficial vein), no I&D as there is no irregular borders or swirling purulent content suggestive of abscess.
