Laryngeal Ultrasound - Vocal Cords while talking on POCUS

What was the most likely indication for this scan?

Resolution: Hoarseness. This was a clip of a 95yo female's vocal cords while talking. Unlike CT and MRI, ultrasound is reliably able to detect dynamic motion of the vocal cords, and is less invasive and more rapid than laryngoscopy.
