Popliteal Aneurysm on Leg POCUS An 80yo male presented with right leg pain. A DVT ultrasound behind the knee was performed (see clip). What other ultrasound study should be performed? Resolution: Abdominal aorta. Discovering this nearly 6cm popliteal aneurysm (sans compression) meant he had significantly higher risk for an AAA.
