Positive Free Fluid on Bladder FAST exam - Sagittal POCUS View

You perform a FAST on this patient s/p MVA. Where does free fluid tend to collect in the pelvis relative to the bladder?
Resolution: Superior. This is a sagittal view of the bladder. Top of the screen (where transducer in contact with patient) ANTERIOR, bottom of the screen POSTERIOR. L of screen (where indicator points toward) CEPHALAD, R of screen CAUDAD. Pelvis fluid tends to collect superiorly.
