Penetrating Muscle Injury from Stab Wound on POCUS

What is the most likely etiology for this finding?
Resolution: Penetrating injury. Note hyperechoic air in deep muscle from stab wound. The track the nknife made in superficial muscle (outlined by white bar in clip below) also appreciated. Differentiate from myositis, where the muscle is more hyperechoic but doesn’t contain air.
