Left Upper Extremity DVT on POCUS

This patient presents with left arm pain. What is your next step?
Resolution: Lovenox. This pt had a LUE DVT that extended from his antecubital fossa to subclavian v (the clip demonstrates extension into the axillary v). Given extent of the clot, some would recommend surgical removal & catheter-based thrombolytic tx as well.
