22yo otherwise healthy F presents tachypneic after high speed MVA. Based on this clip, which of the following is true?
Resolution: Definite PTX. Clip shows sliding on the L (superiorly) where parietal & visceral pleura are together, and no sliding (only parietal pleura) more inferiorly. This is called the LUNG POINT, which is pathognomonic for a pneumothorax
