Finger Fracture on POCUS 

50yo female presents with 5th finger pain after her dog pulled on his leash while taking a walk. Which of the following best represents your next step?
Resolution: Splint fracture. For those who requested x-ray: there was high pre-test prob for dislocation. If pocus confirmed, provider could reduce & perform single post-reduction x-ray. Instead, shared pocus finding with pt & awaited x-ray. 1 hr later, fracture confirmed.
