Papilledema on Ocular POCUS
This 27yo female presents with an intractable headache. Which of the following do you expect?
Resolution: LP OP > 40cm H2O. Diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension in the ED after her ultrasound demonstrated signs of increased intracranial pressure/papilledema (ONSD >5mm, protrusion of the papilla into the globe bilaterally).
