Foreign Body (Thorn) on Finger POCUS

This 45yo diabetic male presents with finger pain 4 weeks after gardening. What is your next step?
Resolution: FB removal--despite nl inspection on exam, & a negative xray, this pt had a rose thorn completely embedded in his ring finger with surrounding fluid/edema appreciated on us. It was successfully removed and our pt was very appreciative. Thx AS for the photo!!
