Acromioclavicular (AC) Joint Separation on POCUS with overlying hematoma

40yo M presents after falling off his bicycle & landing onto his R shoulder. He has a deformity & decreased rom. Which of the following is most likely based on this clip?
Resolution: AC separation. Specifically a type III AC separation (25% to 100% greater than the normal 2-4mm separation) that was blocked & reduced using ultrasound guidance. Note the overlying hematoma as well.
