Bicornuate Pregnancy on Transabdominal Pelvic Ultrasound

An 18yo female presents with vaginal bleeding. What is your diagnosis?
RESOLUTION: Bicornuate pregnancy. Notice the heart-shaped uterus in this transverse plane, the yolk sac within a gestational sac in the R horn representing a pregnancy. Hematometra = an enlarged fluid (blood) filled uterus that usually results from an imperforate hymen.
