Finger Abscess on POCUS

This 40yo diabetic presents with 3rd MCP pain and erythema x 2d, now having difficulty moving his middle finger. Here is his ultrasound over the 3rd MCP. What the best step?
Resolution: Bedside Incision & Drainage. This patient had a small abscess without evidence of tenosynovitis or septic joint. I&D of the subcutaneous abscess and discharge home with antibiotics was the plan of care with close outpatient follow up. He did well.
