Submandibular Sialolithiasis on POCUS

A patient presents with right anterior neck/floor of mouth fullness and pain. Placing a convex probe inferior to the right neck with the indicator directed posteriorly (sagittal plane), you see this. What is your diagnosis?
Resolution: Sialolithiasis. 1.6cm submandibular stone!
