Fractional Shortening (PLAX) on POCUS Echocardiogram

Which of the following is demonstrated in the clip?
Resolution: Fractional shortening <25%. This is a PSLA view of the heart showing poor LV function (& replaced mitral valve). At mid LV the distance between the walls should shorten about 1/3 from diastole to systole. The ao valves open fully, & there is no evidence of RV strain.
