Cardiac Standstill on POCUS during CPR A 79yo male presents after being found unresponsive by his wife. ACLS performed x 30min and clip shows the last few seconds of CPR followed by his heart during the pulse check. What is your next step? Resolution: Stop resuscitative efforts. No purposeful cardiac activity p 30min ACLS, no clot in transit, no pceff, no fine VF.
