Pericardial Effusion seen during CPR on POCUS Echocardiogram This patient was given an anesthetic and became unresponsive shortly thereafter. What the best choice for management? Resolution: Pericardiocentesis given this patient presented in cardiac arrest with ongoing CPR (seen in the clip) though epinephrine wouldn't hurt.
