Ruptured Hepatic Hyatid Cyst on RUQ Ultrasound 52-yo female with hypotension after blunt abdominal trauma from fall (recently immigrated from Iraq). FAST exam-small FF in RUQ with mass seen. Diffuse urticaria noted. Started with mechanical fall and hard hit to abdomen. No allergy history or other triggers. Confirmed hyatid cyst at path.
