Gastroschisis on POCUS

Common ED complaint--VB/OB.  G1P0.  No heart tones heard so POCUS done.  About 13 weeks by dates.  "Is my baby OK?" "Is EVERYTHING OK?" 
Answer: Gastroschisis.  Note abdominal wall defect with bowel present and no covering membrane.  Always explain POCUS exam goals to patient.
