Here’s an impressive #ECG of a man with chest pain for ~1 hour showing TOMBSTONES in the AnteroLateral Leads. Cath showed 100% Proximal LAD Occlusion.

1st HS Troponin? Normal

NEVER rely on an early initial troponin to rule out Coronary Occlusion!
