Traumatic Splenic Hematoma on LUQ FAST Exam

31 yo M. Minor blunt trauma from bicycle accident. No obvious injury on exam. FAST performed shows a large amount of complex free fluid - but look closely, hyperechoic hematoma in splenic parenchyma (LUQ). Grade 4 spleen fracture! CT for comparison.
