Malignant Pericardial Effusion on POCUS Echocardiogram - Parasternal Long Axis View

I feel like I say this to the residents on a weekly basis: If you have a patient with active malignancy who is short of breath, they get a bedside echo. You must eval for pericardial effusion and PE. This patient had the former.
